Being healthy: 

Hey buddies ...i believe on one simple philosophical thought"jab tak lagti nahi hai tab tak banti nahi hai". Suffering from the same disorder I've decided to take help of blogs, to do something instead of being a Zombie. 

Not letting you much awaited, this first blog is all about being healthy(as the title states). I am sure the title Being Healthy will some or other way creep a idea in your mind of being slimmer or fit even I'd the same. I have been through some really enriching information on internet and would like to share for references. I've figured out that Having a natural lifestyle is all about being at our best.We want fewer toxins in our life, we want to be fit and healthy, and to live in harmony with the nature that surrounds us. To truly be at our best and have the energy required to fulfill our dreams, achieving and maintaining a healthy weight is part of the process.  Whole food can help us to do just that.  Yes, eating can actually help us lose weight and stay lean. Isn't it great?
Nutrition is an amazing science.  More I learn about it, better I understand how food is at the core of our health.  Research after research, science finds that some substances in food really have super powers. From avoiding diseases to protect our cells from ageing, certain food can also help us lose weight and stay lean.


foods to help you lose weight and stay slim

  • Apples : - Pectin, Vitamin C, Beta-carotene, dietary fiber, phytosterol, flavonoids, antioxidants, vitamins and minerals. Aren't so many!! yes its the best fruit to start off your day and helps a lot in reducing the fat cells by filling you for longer time avoiding cravings. 



  • Watermelons: Significant effects on artery plaque deposition because it altered blood lipids and lower the risk of developing belly fat.  Without decrease in Muscle mass and the weight loss due to abdominal fat loss.
  • Tomatoes :  9 oxo octadecadienoic (9-oxo-ODA) influence the amount of blood lipids in circulation. 
  • Bananas : Never increases the weight  Contains pectin, vitamin A, C, E, B6 as well as potassium, calcium and magnesium. Between 75 calories to 135 calories only.

  • Protein Rich Foods: Protein rich foods are the best one for losing weight, reduced craving.  (beans n whole grains). 
  • Green Tea: Besides rich in protein it contains antioxidant called catechin, which help speed up your metabolism and burn fat. Antioxidants in the green tea also lower cholesterol and help prevent many types of cancers. 
  • Vinegar : It makes u feel full longer and also blocks the blood sugar peaks that occurs after having normal starch food like white bread. Better to have with olive oil. 
  • Nuts: While they contains loads of fat, snacking on it surprisingly helps to loose weight by making u fuller for longer. Also boost metabolism, helping you burn more fat while at rest. 
 Last but not least, we have to loose the fat cells not the lean muscles. Usually people gets confused seeing that they are loosing their weight but still belly fat is there.....its because you are not loosing fat cells instead you are loosing the lean muscles which are very important for your body and bones. 

And buddies don't opt for empty stomach dieting habits, they in turn increases the fat cells because of cravings. Eat as much as you can, just you have to eat healthy.
